Help with placing an order

Find products via the main menu::

  • First select the main category, eg "Making Wine".
  • Select the subcategory, eg "Acids & Deacidifiers"
  • Select the number of the desired product and click on the order button.
  • The product is now added to your shopping cart (at the top right of your screen).
  • A pop-up will appear asking if you want to continue shopping or want to pay immediately.
  • Repeat these steps until you have finished shopping.

Find products with the search function:

In the search field on the top right, fill in the keywords for the product you are looking for (the system will suggest suggestions while you type). The query may consist of several (key-) words. You can also search by product number.

 

 

The Shopping Cart

If you want to check out. Click in the menu (top right) on the shopping cart icon or on the pay button. Here you can remove your products or change the amount of pieces. At the bottom of the shopping cart a number of related products appear that can be ordered immediately.

Complete the order

You have previously ordered from Brouwmarkt BV and you already have an account:
  • Log in with your e-mail address and password.
  • Choose the shipping method by clicking on the desired shipping method.
  • Choose a payment method by clicking on it; then click the "continue" button.
  • Check your details and order and click on "continue" to place the order.
  • Your order is now complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

If this your first order at Brouwmarkt BV and you do not have an account yet:
  • Fill in the fields with your data and click on "continue".
  • Enter and verify your invoice and/or delivery address.
  • Choose the shipping method by clicking on the desired shipping method.
  • Choose a payment method by clicking on it; then click the "continue" button.
  • Check your details and order and click on "continue" to place the order.
  • Your order is now complete, you will receive an order confirmation by email.

Carefully check your order and your details before you place the order definitively. Because we work with an automated logistics system it is not always possible to adjust your order afterwards.
Of course we will always do our very best to make the desired changes. If you have ordered something wrong or want to add something to your order, we advise you to report this as soon as possible via: +32 78 259165 and keep the order number at hand.

If your order is packed and / or shipped, changes are no longer possible.

 

 

Pick up your order

Of course it is also possible to pick up products in the store during opening hours. We deliver almost our entire range from stock.

Cancel your order

If you want to cancel an order, this is only possible if it has not yet been packed and / or shipped yet. We request that you cancel the cancellation as soon as possible by calling +32 78 259165.

If your order has already been shipped, you can request an RMA number after receiving the package to return it to us.

Note: shipping costs for returning or refusing a cancelled order are for your own account.

 

 

Delivery times

At Brouwmarkt BV your order will be processed * as soon as possible. Orders placed on business days before 15:00 and paid for by iDeal, Cash on delivery or a Credit Card are usually delivered to you by TNT / PostNL the next working day. If you opt for a different payment or shipping method, the processing usually takes a business day longer.

Track your delivery via Track & Trace

At the moment your package is packed by us, you will receive an email with the track & trace number. With this number you can check the delivery of your package via the website of the carrier concerned. If your carrier is PostNL, you can track the package on the the PostNL website  and you will know exactly when your order will be delivered. If your order has already been shipped, you can request an RMA number after receiving the package to return it to us.

 

 

Different delivery address?

If you do not expect to be home at one of the delivery times of PostNL, you can have the order delivered to a different address free of charge. When placing your order, choose a different delivery address (eg your work, acquaintances or neighbors).
