Homemade yoghurt is a living product and super healthy. It has a positive effect on the intestinal system, lowers cholesterol levels, is easily digested and increases resistance. Most yogurt is made from cow's milk, but the milk from goats and sheep is great for home-made yoghurt. The same applies to home-made Kefir and Kwark.
