Weyermann® CaraMunich® T2: Golden brown, slightly aromatic kernels. Gives finished beer an amber to copper-red colour. Adds mouth feel as well as a medium malt accent to brew. Use up to 5-10% for dark beer, 1-5% for light beer and pale ale.
